      <image:caption>I know it sounds crazy, but it can really be this simple. I have always been a pretty healthy individual from an outsider's perspective—I eat well, exercise, and do all the things to be physically fit, but what I lacked the most was a healthy and positive mindset. Most of us are prisoners of our minds. But what if we were able to turn our prisoner mind into a sanctuary? After recently facing a multitude of health problems from Lyme's disease to Epstein-Barr Virus and many more in between, I realized that not only do these diseases have a physical component, but they also have an energetic component. WE ARE ENERGY, and our bodies need to heal on a physical level AND an energetic level. When I began to accept my diseases and work with them as my teacher, I was able to heal.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>When I stumbled upon an ashram (a place for practicing yoga, meditation, and other modalities to evolve and grow spiritually) in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania one weekend, my life took a turn. I was still living in the city, and little did I know that this weekend would change my life's whole trajectory. After that weekend, I felt a shift in my body; it was the first time in my entire life that I felt completely at ease. A little voice inside my head told me to move there, and every part of myself felt aligned to the decision. In turn, it led me to quit my corporate job, move to the middle of nowhere (in comparison to the big apple), and fully immerse myself in a new way of living. Here I jumped into a life that allowed me to see my own potential. By stepping outside of the thought patterns that I engulfed in, I started to see a new life unfold before my eyes. A life that we all have access to and can manifest. Through yoga and meditation, I began to open myself to the joy and abundance that we all can experience from within. This inner radiance and joy can then illuminate every single aspect of your life.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Regulate - Why REGULATE?</image:title>
      <image:caption>I created Regulate from a place of deep need. When I first started my journey, I was stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset. I couldn’t rest because it felt too uncomfortable. The moment I slowed down, guilt and anxiety would take over, and I’d numb myself just to avoid facing it. My body thrived on high-intensity workouts, caffeine, and over-packed schedules. Success was my ultimate goal, in my career, relationships, everything. I was a perfectionist, pushing myself to extremes. But my body eventually couldn’t handle it anymore. The burnout hit hard. And on top of that, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease. It was the wake-up call I needed. I realized that how I had been living—constantly doing—wasn’t sustainable. My nervous system had been in overdrive, trying to keep me safe in the only way it knew how: through constant action. But being in constant motion wasn’t the key to thriving—i later realized it was only a reaction to the stress I’d been carrying for years. I was disconnected from my body, my emotions, and my intuition. I was living by the “shoulds” that society told me would bring success. I was completely disconnected from what truly aligned with me. That’s when I turned to nervous system regulation, somatics, and breathwork. These practices helped me learn how to create safety from within. I learned that self-trust is built when you find safety within the body. I dove head first recieving top certifications in breathwork, somatic coaching, and trauma-informed embodiment practices that helped me reconnect with my body, emotions, and intuition, profound changes happened. I healed my burnout, overcame Lyme disease, and began trusting myself in a way I never had before. I built a new life—one that honored being first and foremost. As I aligned with my true self, my life shifted. Regulate was born from this transformation—a journey I now want to share with you, so you can reconnect with your body, shift your energy daily, and cultivate a life that feels aligned and effortless.</image:caption>
